Cancellation Policy :
Summer Season (1 May – 31 Oct) :
» Cancellation should be made in 5 days prior to arrival day to avoid 1 night cancellation fee.

High Season (1 Nov – 23 Dec & 16 Jan – 30 Apr) :
» Cancellation should be made in 15 days prior to arrival day to avoid 1 night cancellation fee.

Peak Season (24 Dec – 15 Jan) :
» Cancellation should be made 30 days prior to arrival day to avoid 1 night cancellation fee.
» Cancellation received by the hotel between 20-29 days prior to arrival will be 1 night charged.
» Cancellation received by the hotel between 7-19 days prior to arrival will be charged at 50%
from the total value of the booking.
» Cancellation received by the hotel less than 7 days prior to arrival day, will be charged in full
from the total value of the booking.

In case of cancellation the prevailing cancellation policy of the hotel shall apply.
An additional fee of 7% for bank and other charges incurred will be deducted from
the refund.
