Junior Java Developer Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer science, Information Technology or related fields
• Not more than 2 years working experience in programming
• Thai Nationality, age 20 - 26 years old
• Well understand in SDLC activities
• Able to command of both written and spoken English
• Good in Java programming language
• Skills of Java technology, Web Services, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, Enterprise Java Beans (EJB)
• Good skills of Java Script, AJAX programming
• Good in communication and people skills
• Good Attitude and able to work as part of a team
• Good personality and relate well to customer

Middle Java Developer Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer science, Information Technology or related fields
• At least 2-3 years working experience in programming for middle level
• Thai Nationality, age 22 - 35 years old
• At least 2 years experiences in SDLC activities as well as UML activities
• Experience in managing project or part of project
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Strong in Java programming language
• Excellent skills of Java technology, Web Services, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, EJB, XML
• Strong skills of Java Script, AJAX programming
• Strong background in J2EE, Design Pattern (GOF and J2EE) and UML
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, people skills
• Good Attitude and able to work as part of a team
• Good personality and relate well to customer

Senior level required qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology
• At least 4-5 years working experience in programming for senior level.
• Thai Nationality, age 22 - 35 years old
• At least 4 years experiences in SDLC activities as well as UML activities
• Experience in managing project and team
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Strong in Java programming language
• Excellent skills of Java technology, Web Services, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, Enterprise Java Beans (EJB), XML Programming
• Strong skills of Java Script, AJAX programming
• Strong background in J2EE, Design Pattern (GOF and J2EE) and UML
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, people skills
