SEG IT Services, a leading business software and IT Service provider, is seeking an experienced and technically skilled IT Systems / Senior Systems Engineer to join our team! If you are an excellent person with strong IT knowledge and problem solving skills, you may be the person we are looking for.


JOB SUMMARY:
• Responsible for support, planning, designing, configuration, implementation, and systems management of complex client and server systems and architecture for new customer.
• Diagnose complex system problems, implement solutions and provide support for Microsoft Windows 2003 and 2008/R2 servers.
• Evaluates, recommends, monitor, troubleshoot and maintains existing customer systems, hardware and software components.
• Introduce new technology & IT solutions to help customer improve work process.
• Participates in projects that require interaction between various customer and department and hardware/software vendors. Provides input to project plans, work schedules and critical timelines.
• Work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
• Prepare analysis and service status report to customer.


SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Expert in Operation Systems (Windows server 2003, 2008, XP), Hardware and Network Infrastructure.
• Experience in all versions of Microsoft Windows, SharePoint, Exchange Server, Active Directory, IIS and other Microsoft products
• Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge and ability to install and support Macintosh is a plus.
• Have strong service mind with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work well in team environment, self-motivated and service minded.
• Hard working and good attitude to work.
• Good command English
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related fields.
• Thai Citizens
