Responsibilities:

- Responsible for efficient customer service operations
- Contact with company members on the phone and Email
- Build strong, positive customer relationships and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accessible, transparent and complete and detail customer’s information files
- Translation works between Thai and English


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
- High vocational diploma in English major is also welcomed
- Good writing skills in English
- Positive, enthusiastic and rational thoughts
- Service mind and pro-active with pleasant personality
- Good knowledge of basic computer skills such as MS Office and Internet
- Good management in dealing with stress and pressure
- Experience in customer services and translation will be an advantage
- TOEIC Score at least 650 is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
