Secretary to CEO


Job Responsibilities

• Assist top executive for all related secretary requirements in daily basis both in Thailand and branch offices in oversea.
• Prepare and summarize all related documents for the management meeting, presentation, minutes of meeting, summary report.
• Ensure effective coordination for internal and external meeting.
• Ensure effective preparing for all related administration works such as air ticket booking, mailing, e-mail correspondence, meeting arrangement.
• Perform all task assigned if need.

Qualifications

• Thai female, age not over 35 years old with strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
• At least 8 years experience in secretarial functions and at least 3 years’ experience in top executive.
• Experience to be secretary or personal assistant to top executive will be advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fast learning, proactive and good accountability.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and computer literacy.
